There was a problem with the "mailmon" program that you have installed. Neomail was trying to write to /var/log/mailmon.log as user mailnull but was failing.
The permission on this file was 644 with root owner. We have to change the permission to 646 in order to make Neomail writeable.
"Mailmon" is a custom program and its out of the scope of cpanel to support.

NeoMail: Maximum Attachment Size is 2Mb, how can i change it to 10Mb?
